The odd smell in the room was downright nauseating!!! Better maintenance of the washroom is needed, and water bottles should be a standard offering!!! Confusing visitor policy caused major inconvenience, leave nothing to chance!!!

The One-Bedroom Apartment was spacious with a separate living room and lovely views of the Burj Khalifa. The swimming pool and gym facilities enhanced the stay significantly. Exceptional Service and Great Room Upgrade
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially loved the spacious one-bedroom apartment that had a lot of room to move around and even one and a half bathrooms. The staff were super helpful, upgrading our room complimentary, which was perfect for my family. The location near the metro station was a big plus too! check-in took a bit longer than expected.
